Where a business customer wishes to move their banking services to Bank of Ireland, as part of our switching service, we undertake to complete the following tasks within a set timeframe*.

| Set up of Direct Debit / Standing Order | Following receipt of written confirmation of details by close of business Day 4 or as agreed with customer |
| Request for payment of available funds on advice from SME | Following receipt of instruction by close of business Day 3 or as agreed with customer |
| Transfer funds to Old Bank | Following receipt of instruction by close of business Day 3 or as agreed with customer |
*Timeframes indicated as per standards laid down by the Office of Fair Trading.
