The price correction in Northern Ireland's housing market is now one year old although few will find cause for celebration. Last summer, as the boom reached its final frothy stage, average prices peaked at close to the £250,000 level but as this latest and most
comprehensive barometer of the local market reveals, the average price has declined to c£227,000.
